Print to a thermal printer

Every order's receipt prints from the panel. After a one-time setup, it goes straight to the thermal printer at the counter or in the kitchen, with no print dialog. Without that setup, normal browser printing is always there.

Because the slip is sent to the printer as an image, Arabic and Persian come out properly joined and in the right direction — the usual headache with thermal printers. Auto-printing of new orders and the paper size are set per device.
